Lawyers are required to report a claim to your insurer as soon as practicable after learning of a claim or becoming aware of circumstances which might give rise to a claim, however unmeritorious.
Claims Form
Lawyers may complete a Claim Report form online. Lawyers may also download a PDF version and return this completed form, along with relevant file material or other documentation.
Process
LIANS has complete and exclusive control over the conduct of the defence of a claim. The claim is assigned to LIANS claims counsel, who will confirm coverage.
