As part of our continued support of the profession, we recently renewed our service agreement with Homewood Health, the service provider to the Nova Scotia Lawyers’ Assistance Program (NSLAP). With this renewal, we have enhanced the program by adding the “Enhanced Mental Health Care” model, which offers innovative longer-term, work-focused psychotherapy for individuals with moderate to severe symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma and/or substance use utilizing the principles of measurement-based care. You can also register for the “Employee Assistance and Workplace Mental Health Program Orientation” live webinars on October 2nd, October 16th, and October 30th, 2024.
