As you know, Council in 2019 established this new Standards committee and has now approved four more Standards, totalling six.
In addition to the existing Income Tax and Revocation Standards, you can now review the new Standards here:

- Planning for Assets in Multiple Jurisdictions
- Capacity
- Executing Estate Planning Documents
- Beneficiary Designations
The Committee continues its work on other Standards as set out in its work plan including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Personal Directives, and Proctors.
As more of these standards are finalized there will be cross references between them.
