The NSBS Real Estate Practice Working Group, in conjunction with Service Nova Scotia have developed this guideline to assist lawyers in changes that need to be made to the benefit and/or burden section of the parcel register that are not the result of an error on the part of the migrating or revising lawyer. It is not intended to replace the exercise of your professional judgment, but is intended to provide some guidance with respect to the use of Code 451.
