RSS Feeds
Although RSS Feeds have gone by the wayside in terms of support and use, CanLII (an open access database for Canadian legislation and case law) continues to offer a comprehensive list of decision and legislation databases from federal and provincial courts and tribunals. Simply locate the database from the list and click on the title to view the most recent decisions and legislation, and access the archives for that database. You may also view the list of databases organized by jurisdiction through the CanLII homepage.
Citation tools
For many (but not all) statutes, each section and subsection may feature a link with citation tools specific to this provision. Within applicable statutes, locate and click on the square speech bubble to the far right of the relevant section/subsection. This gives you the option to copy its text, its citation, its direct link, to view its citing documents, or to save or email that section.
